Agility was a Vampire perk designed and intended for usage in Nosgoth. Despite evidence of the ability, the perk itself was not included in release builds of the game. Bill Beacham commented on the ability:
"Agility, Dodge and Run Speed were all cut from the game before launch for balance reasons."

Given the name and other removed perks, it is entirely possible that Agility was the Vampire equivalent of the human perk Dodge, and may thus have included some boost to evasive manoeuvrability.
